Henry “Hank” McGough – Chief Executive Officer
Hank founded the company in 1977 starting with only $10,000 and a bus with one route. Over the years, he built the company into a 149 fleet which serves public and parochial school systems throughout Southern New Jersey. McGough Bus Company, Inc., along with its sister company, Rydus Bus, both specialize in transporting students to and fro from school, as well as sports and special events. It is required that every child receives an education and our company supports this requirement by transporting students to and fro from their designated stop to the doorstop of their respective school, safely, punctually and affordably.
Meghan McGough Paster – Chief Operating Officer
Meghan began working at the company at the early age of 14 and has risen to her current position of COO after graduating from Widener University in 2006 with a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Operations. As COO, she oversees all daily operations of the company including but not limited to: route structure, route scheduling, fleet and fuel management, contract bidding, payroll administration and employee relations.
James S. Raphaely – Chief Financial Risk Officer
Jim received his Bachelor’s Degree from Temple University and an Associate’s Degree from Camden County College. He began his professional career in 1996 with Prudential Preferred Financial Services. In 1999, he founded Raphaely Independent Services, LLC and Raphaely Independent Advisors, LLC, a registered Investment Advisor where he currently manages $21,000,000 in assets for approximately 45 clients. Since 2008, Jim has been serving as outside Financial Risk Officer until he was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in April 2011. Jim is responsible for financial and risk assessment and strategic planning for the company, as well as the daily monetary decisions.
